Paige and Jeremy's Wedding at Soire Estate (The Day Of NO Explosions)
It’s every couple’s dream to have a day that fits them perfectly, and Paige and Jeremy had the unique opportunity to play a large part in molding their chosen venue into their dream space. Let’s just cut to the ending and say: All of their hard work paid off beautifully!
SoireEstate has a large and spacious bridal suite, and this is where our day started with Paige, her bridesmaids, and her mother. The ladies were relaxed and lounging throughout the room, snacking and laughing while makeup was completed and hair was fine-tuned. Even our bride was completely relaxed as she transformed before our eyes into a fairytale princess with a stunningly intricate up-do to compliment her exquisite gown with multilayered train. From the Bridal suite the reception space could be overlooked, so the ladies enjoyed periodically peering out the suite window to survey the progress of the space.
The guys got ready off-site and enjoyed a “Hangover” outtake by taking their party to the roof for some fun portraits! They would arrive to the venue with enough time to take more traditional outdoor portraits to compliment those of the ladies.
Paige and her mother spent some moments in private while Paige stepped into her gown, and the minimal beauty of these images is captivating and powerful. This moment was one of many special and emotional ones that they shared throughout the day which kept us all shedding joyous tears along with them. Once all the ladies were dressed, we snuck them downstairs to capture some outdoor portraits, as well as sneak a first look between Paige and her father.
Paige and Jeremy’s ceremony took place beneath the sprawling trees on the front yard of the estate dappled by some intermittent cloud coverage. These clouds gave way to a light afternoon sprinkle immediately after the ceremony that forced us to get creative for family formals. Everyone was so amazing and understanding as we juggled them between locations, doing our best to keep a beautiful backdrop while keeping everyone as dry as possible. Mission accomplished!
Thankfully the rain gave way to clear skies and cooler air as we begun their Just Married Portraits. SoireEstate is overflowing with picturesque nooks, and we took advantage of as many as we could during our fleeting 30 minutes before their reception entrance! First dances took place at the onset of blue hour beneath strings of warm market lights, and Paige surprised her mother with their own private dance that moved us all.
The rest of the evening was full of almost every single guest hitting the dance floor and showing off a signature move or two. Paige and Jeremy even regaled us all with some impromptu broadway-style theatrics during a several song ode to “Grease”! Their reception was a blast and ended in a sparkler send off. Paige fought her fears of “explosions in the hair” as Jeremy poetically explained it, and the two of them took a couple of trips beneath the sparkler arch.
